3. Ideal Coach Attributes
- Pragmatic and action-oriented (not just supportive).
- Has real-world leadership experience.
- Comfortable helping me work through discomfort with my own leadership.
- Doesn't need an technology background
- Can define tangible success metrics for leadership and coaching.
4. Scope of Engagement
- Initial 6-month engagement with the intent to continue long-term.
- Monthly 1-hour sessions.
- Remote (via Zoom or similar).
